Cornell Note-Taking System Notion Model

This Notion model follows the Cornell Note-Taking System. This is a method of taking notes that was developed at Cornell University by Walter Pauk, an education professor. It's designed to help students efficiently process, synthesize, and review information, helping them understand and retain the material better.

Using the Cornell Note-Taking System involves an active approach to learning. After the note-taking process, students are encouraged to cover the right-hand column and use the questions/cues in the left-hand column to test their knowledge. After answering the questions or elaborating on the cues, they reveal the right-hand column to compare their answers and correct if necessary. This method encourages regular review of the material, leading to better comprehension and retention.
